I have always wondered if the Russian I studied so hard in school would eventually be put to good use. After forty years, I am delighted to say yes—finally!  I’d also like to introduce you to Dasha Marusov, my stand-in, stunt double, etc., etc.

Dasha comes from a close-knit Russian family in San Francisco that keeps her language alive every day. While she never expected to join the Bureau of Time Menders, she is ready to do whatever it takes to rescue the people she loves.

I love a good romance, fraught with tension and misunderstandings. Will Dasha finally say “I do,” and open her heart to love once again? Or is she doomed to repeat the same mistakes over and over to guard her heart?
