The Pink Ladies

Dasha Marusov is back! In this thrilling second installment of the Slipstream Series, Dasha trades the familiar streets of modern-day San Francisco for the dusty, dangerous trails of the Old West. Posing as a newlywed alongside her partner, Alex—who introduced her to the Bureau of Time Menders—she finds herself immersed in the legendary world of outlaws Butch Cassidy and The Sundance Kid.

Their mission? To prevent a massive robbery of a train bound for the Smithsonian Institution loaded with priceless gold artifacts from the Lost Treasure of the Incas.

As Dasha and Alex navigate the challenges of the treacherous frontier, they are drawn into the sphere of the Pinkerton National Detective Agency, which has repeatedly failed to capture the notorious Hole-in-the-Wall Gang. It is here that Dasha encounters a spectral mentor from Pinkerton history: Kate Warne. The first-ever female detective hired by the agency, Kate now gives Dasha advice from beyond the grave before her first official mission.

In this high-stakes tale of time travel, train heists, and historical intrigue, Dasha must complete her mission to regain her confidence and find the courage to open her heart once again, proving that some connections are truly timeless.
